Jones Cassidy Brett are seeking to appoint a Solicitor in an assistant role. Due to tender requirements and salary level, this post would ideally suit a candidate with 1 – 3 year’s post qualification experience of practicing employment and equality law.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a particular interest in employment and equality law. You will be expected to assist in all areas of law and training undertaken by the firm. You will be expected to develop towards managing your own caseload as well as assisting partners. You will demonstrate initiative, an increasing ability to work unsupervised, good communication and IT skills, and the flexibility to accommodate the requirements of a small firm.
