Jones Cassidy Brett are seeking to appoint a Paralegal to assist the Partners with a full range of employment and related matters including Tribunal and Court cases and training for clients.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in law or a related discipline. Experience of or a proven interest in employment and/or equality matters would be an advantage. The candidate will not be expected to provide legal advice.

The role will involve assisting the partners in all areas of law and training undertaken by the firm. This is likely to include preparing briefs, bundles for hearing and other administrative tasks as well as some research.

The ideal candidate will have good communication and organisational skills, keen attention to detail, the ability to prioritise work under pressure and to demonstrate initiative.
